      Picture
The Lawrence County Humane Society is a Non-Profit 501 (c) (3) shelter which takes in, cares for, and tries to find homes for abandoned dogs and cats. They are a no-kill shelter. Animals are being brought to them in increasing numbers.

Presently we are at full capacity.

All work and administration is done by volunteers and funded only by donations and fundraisers.
